Fair Treatment of Religious Organizations Act of 2026

A bill to establish the Office of the Ombudsperson for Immigrant Children in Immigration Custody, and for other purposes.

To create a private right of action to hold private detention centers liable for the wrongful death of any person being held in such private detention center, and for other purposes.

To improve the health of minority individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to simplify the claim process for beneficiaries of public safety officers who die from a heart attack or stroke to receive payment through the Public Safety Office Benefit program.

National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach Act.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to establish birth tourism as an offense, and for other purposes.

To provide for certain conditions on the enforcement of surrogacy contracts.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the inadmissibility and deportability of aliens who engage in economic discrimination against United States persons, and for other purposes.

To require the President to publish a statement of reasons for pardons, and for other purposes.

To guarantee the right to vote for all citizens regardless of conviction of a criminal offense, and for other purposes.

To direct State and local election officials to provide a minimum number of polling places within a State for voters to cast a ballot in an election for Federal office and to ensure that such polling places are not concentrated in a specific area, and for other purposes.

Protecting Access to Spiritual Treatment and Organized Religion Act of 2026

To declare that any person who enters the United States without authorization or for the purpose of engaging in birth tourism is considered an invader and to amend section 301(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to exclude the children of invaders from birthright citizenship.

To amend the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act to provide for better protections for children raised in kinship families outside of the foster care system.
