Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Government Context. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you create or join an organization, that organization.

The service

Government Context mirrors and analyzes the public rulemaking record. Analysis (stance, commenter type, summaries, campaign detection) is produced by automated systems and provided as-is: it is research assistance, not legal advice, and may contain errors. Verify against the primary record before relying on it.

Accounts & seats

Plans are billed per seat at $180/month per user. Seats are for named individuals — credentials may not be shared. Each user may be signed in on at most two devices. Organization owners control billing, members, and roles.

Payment, cancellation & the 30-day guarantee

Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. If you're unhappy in your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund your first payment in full.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute the service, scrape it at abusive rates, probe its security, or use it to violate the law. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes & contact
