Petition of John L. Richardson, P.L.L.C. on behalf of Amerijet International, Inc. pursuant 14 CFR Section 121.434(c)(1)(ii) to the extent necessary to permit it to use a qualified and authorized Amerijet check airman in place of an FAA inspector when an inspector is not available to accomplish the required observation of a qualifying pilot-in-command while that one flight leg that includes a takeoff and landing when completing initial or upgrade training as specified in Section 121.434.
