Application of Air Astana JSC respectfully requesting an exemption authorizing it to engage in scheduled and charter foreign air transportation of persons, property, and mail from points behind Kazakhstan via Kazakhstan and intermediate points to any points in the United States and beyond; all-cargo service between the United States and any point or points to the full extent authorized under the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
