Application of ABX Air, Inc. for Exemption Authority

Application of ABX Air, Inc. respectfully requesting an exemption authorizing it to engage in scheduled all-cargo air transportation of property and mail between a point or points in the Eastern Zone of the United States, as defined in the U.S.-Venezuela Air Transport Agreement, as amended, on the one hand, and Caracas, Venezuela, on the other hand. Consistent with Department practice, ABX requests that the exemption authority be granted for a period of at least two years.
