2026-6-22 Order to Show Cause

By this Order, the U.S. Department of Transportation (1) tentatively finds that Seaborne Airlines, Inc. is a citizen of the United States and is fit, willing, and able to conduct interstate scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail; and (2) proposes to transfer to Seaborne Airlines the interstate scheduled certificate issued to Seaborne Virgin Islands, Inc., subject to terms and conditions described below and in the attached Terms, Conditions, and Limitations.
