Application of Cemex Operaciones Mexico, S.A. de C.V. respectfully requesting renewal of its exemption which authorizes Cemex Operaciones Mexico, S.A. de C.V. to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and their accompanying baggage with small aircraft between the United States and Mexico, and subject to prior Department approval, between tother countries and the United States.
