The Bureau of Land Management Roseburg District Swiftwater Field Office has posted the Cutthroat Creek Culvert Replacement Categorical Exclusion (CE) and Decision Record (DR), NEPA No. (DOI-BLM-ORWA-R040-2026-0005-CE), which implements a culvert replacement on Cutthroat Creek. The documents are available for review as of July 23, 2026, at the BLM National NEPA Register (ePlanning) website under the following project link: Cutthroat Creek Culvert Replacement. The 30-day appeal period will begin July 23, 2026, and end at 4:30PM Pacific Time on August 21, 2026.
