The Bureau of Land Management Lander Field Office is announcing the availability of the proposed Exploration Plan of Operations submitted by Relevant Gold Holdings U.S., Inc., for the Bend Project, located approximately 30 miles south of Lander, Wyoming, in Sections 5, 7, 8, 17, and 18, T. 28 N., R. 98 W., 6th P.M., Fremont County, Wyoming.

The proposed plan outlines the company's intent to explore for gold and other precious metals through drilling on its mining claims within the South Pass Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC), which requires a Plan of Operations. Proposed activities would include core drilling from up to 33 drill pads and construction of up to 7,300 linear feet of access roads, resulting in approximately 4 acres of surface disturbance on public lands managed by the BLM.

The plan includes details on construction methods, drilling operations, reclamation measures, and environmental protection measures.

The BLM invites the public to review the Exploration Plan of Operations and submit substantive written comments. Comments on the proposed project will be accepted for 30 days following the first publication date of this notice, June 27, 2026. All comments must be received or postmarked by the closing date of July 27, 2026.
