Grant of exemption extension (Exemption No. 7687), as amended, on behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF) pursuant 14 CFR Section 91.209(a)(1) and (b) to allow the USAF to conduct night-vision goggle flight training operations at and above 18,000 feet mean sea level in various aircraft without lighted positions lights. This decision extends the termination date of Exemption No. 7687, as amended, to November 30, 2008, unless sooner superseded or rescinded.
