Application of Antonov Airlines respectfully requesting an emergency exemption to operate a single one-way all-cargo charter flight transporting two (2) or more outsized Boeing 767 upper lobe fuselage sections and related equipment from Melbourne, Florida (MLB) or, in the alternative, from West Palm Beach, Florida (PBI), to Seattle, Washington (BFI or SEA), during the period of July 23 through July 31, 2026, using an AN-124-100 aircraft.
