Application of Antonov Airlines respectfully requesting an emergency exemption to permit Antonov to operate a single one-way all-cargo charter flight transporting one (1) or more outsized Boeing 767 upper lobe fuselage sections and related equipment from Melbourne, Florida (MLB) or, in the alternative, from West Palm Beach, Florida (PBI), to Seattle, Washington (BFI or SEA), during the period of July 8 through July 15, 2026, using an AN-124-100 aircraft.
