2026-7-7 Order Transferring Authority and Reissuing Certificates

By this Order, the U.S. Department of Transportation (the “Department”), under section 41105 of Title 49 of the United States Code, (1) grants a de facto transfer of the certificates held by Sun Country, Inc. (“Sun Country”) to Sun Country under the ownership and control of Allegiant Travel Company (“ATC”), the parent company of Allegiant Air, LLC (“Allegiant”); (2) transfers and amends the certificates currently held by Sun Country to Allegiant and/or Sun Country, subject to the condition that the authority may only be used in a manner consistent with the terms of the air transport agreements between the United States and our aviation partners; and (3) amends the certificates held by Allegiant to change the name of the holder of such authorities to Allegiant and/or Sun Country.
