Joint Application of American Airlines, Inc. and STARLUX Airlines Co., Ltd. respectfully requesting (a) a blanket statement of authorization to American, pursuant to 14 C.F.R. Part 212, to the extent necessary to authorize American to display STARLUX’s “JX*” designator code in conjunction with foreign air transportation of persons, property, and mail on flights operated by American between any points in the United States and from any point or points behind the United States via the United States and intermediate points to any point or points in Taiwan and beyond;
