Con. Res. 61, one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the Chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs or their respective designees; and 2) with respect to H. Con. Res. 64, one hour of debate equally divided among and controlled by Representative Mast of Florida, Representative Meeks of New York, and Representative McGovern of Massachusetts or their respective designees.
