This ban is going to inflict great harm on small business. The NDAA platforms out there are of poor quality and lack capability and cost three times as much and our less reliable. Not only that public and private companies have invested millions of dollars in equipment which will head to the landfill and be a big lose financially. Not to mention the people that will go out of business because of this. It has never been proven that I can find that DJI has been steeling data. The FCC has failed at proving this case. If there is a data problem then please provide proof and justification for this. Many business in the drone industry have gone out of business of bankrupt because of the decisions that FCC has put in place and you have provided no alternative platforms. Even Skydeo which proclaims to be compliant has been caught with Chinese parts and was sourcing batteries from CHINA! So what sense does this ban make or the preceding ban. You are locking public safety out life saving technology that might save your family member in an emergency. The FCC has already caused great harm to the industry. I am not cheerleading for China but you have very poor alternatives and the United States is way behind new drone technology because none of these company's can scale. They all lack capability and capital to scale. They are building drones on workbenches verse a real assembly line with quality control.
