The metrics mentioned in this Federal Register are already available for public transit riders and their "families" via open market rating services like Google, Yelp, the Transit App, etc..... The last thing transit agencies need to do is report even more data points or metrics to the NTD annually. People can already easily look up these rider reported metrics themselves.
