As a concerned resident, I am writing to ask the EPA to take the issue of abortion pill pollution in our water seriously. Hospitals and clinics are not allowed to dispose of biological material casually, yet chemical abortion allows drugs, blood, and human remains to enter wastewater without a serious national assessment. That is exactly why the EPA should study whether residues in wastewater create broader risks. Communities like mine should not be left in the dark about what may be entering local water systems. Please use the EPA's authority to investigate this problem and provide the public with clear answers.
