I am Disabled. I have delt with Mental Illness all of my life. I was born blue with lack of oxygen to the brain. I was diagnosed at 7 with several learning disabilities. I have PTSD from Trauma from my Childhood. ( Domestic violence). I have suffered 4-5 head injuries. 2 major car accidents both w/ head injuries. I have been in counciling with AID 2xs a week also home visits with Sarah and have yet to receive help with Employment, housing, financial support. I'm wondering why THIS IS? Cynthia Ford Wright.
