I support giving local Head Start programs flexibility to make decisions based on the needs of their communities. While fair wages and benefits are important, I also believe it is important to ensure that programs can continue serving as many children and families as possible. I encourage the Administration for Children and Families to consider both workforce needs and access to services when making a final decision on this proposed rule.
