Summary: The commenter, a content creator, opposes the proposed ban on certain UAS products because they rely on this equipment for their small business and personal projects. They argue that a ban would unfairly limit independent creators and small business owners without providing a clear benefit to consumers.
To the Federal Communications Commission: I am writing to express my support for continuing to allow XTRA products to be manufactured and sold in the United States. As a content creator, I rely on tools like this to produce video and visual content for my small business and personal projects. These products aren’t just commercial tools — they help people like me document important memories, build creative portfolios, and generate income through content creation work. A ban would limit access to equipment that many independent creators and small business owners depend on, without a clear benefit to consumers. I respectfully urge the Commission to consider the impact on everyday creators and small businesses before moving forward with any restriction, and to explore alternatives that address any underlying concerns without eliminating access to this technology altogether. Thank you for considering my comment
