Year long rule making process is just a game. Joint employer rule along with many other proposed rule is mid term strategy by Donors sucker party members.
Nothing will change until recruiting process is fixed. Recruiters from all over the world collect US citizens data for no reason but to cheat. Companies use offshore vendors to do dirty games start from recruiting in the name of GCC / offshoring / Vendor / Out source etc..
why not add few simple lines to current immigration enforcement bill to solve 90 pct. problems effective immediately.
- Every recruiter must publish license like loan officer post for real Easter buy or sell when posting job along with end company detail, wages, interview process, hiring manager location and detail
- Every temp work visa site must have mandatory surprise audit 3 times a year
- Every company who has any temp work visa holder or offshore people directly or indirectly via vendor route, must post job to government authorized job portal for minimum of 1 year and keep all the records of US citizens applicants for mandatory audit
- Number of interviews must be kept at 2 and max allowed limit is 30 minutes. Any material collected as part of interview process must not use any other purpose than hiring of posted job. Any misuse or not acting in good faith, immediate license suspension along with criminal penalty for all involved like recruiter, hiring manager and company ( staffing firm, vendor, actual company etc..)
Everything temp work visa and immigration rules are broken using fake recruiting process. This is huge national security as Indian/China/Mexico/Canada already manage US citizens data base there and update those time to time in the name of recruiting process and misuse big way. Our kids are most vulnerable audience and this is must to fix if any shame left by members of donor sucker party in the name of development and AI etc..
