Everyone knows and laughing because people saying this joint employer rule is another game like many other rules h1b wage level increase , Independent contractor, asylum work permit , f1 visa fix length etc.. etc.. etc..
Basically politicians and their donors know that people will not accept garbage anymore so just using tricks like showing something or delaying matter so they will win elections and enhance their career in DC. There is reason why more and more ( almost 95 pct.) people saying there is single party in DC who always act to benefit their political donors.
If you want to fix everything, Add simple amendments to Immigration enforcement bill so it will become laws not just rules which can be changed in future. Correct Dems? They want funding to victims of political game as law but don't want to add below amendments to law
- Every company face mandatory audit and will be fines 4 times than their highest revenue if they hire anyone who is not authorized to work on US soil by congress like H4/L2/DACA/OPT/CPT etc..
- Every company face mandatory audit if they hire offshore or temp work visa holder directly or via vendor route, prove that comparable US citizens not available. it must be criminal penalty for executives and highest revenue of company as fines.
codify all above rules in bill rather than just rules.
