On behalf of Lotte Chemical California, Inc. (“LCCA”), and pursuant to the request of the Office of the United States Trade Representative (“USTR”), we hereby submit the attached public comments on the appropriateness of potential remedies the President may take, and the short- and long-term effects of these potential remedies on the domestic QSP industry, its workers, and on other domestic industries and communities. We have separately submitted a Request to Testify and Summary of Testimony, filed June 1st, 2026.
