The Advisory Opinion 187 on July 23 of 2025, by the UN Court CJI-ICJ.org ,contributes to the understanding, among people with ability to understand, that global law prohibits MNA, because any international unnatural cause of a risk to the global health or food-supply, is prohibited. There is also the risk by a product if there is insufficient knowledge for being absolutely sure that the product does not impose such a risk. Lies such as “effective and safe, will remain at the jab-spot”, are prohibited and any obedience to such non-truth is prohibited. The prohibition by global law is just. The global law is the highest, higher than the USDA. Violations with MNA and any law or ruling that allows a threat by MNA, are also violations against the founding principles of the USA, the duty to serve the Constitutional Posterity of the USA, the Constitution of the USA and its Amendments (att. {3}). Any threat by MNA does not serve the Contitutional Posterity. == Among the application of MNA on crops and other plants or organisms, in particular for pesticide purposes, there are risks. Pests such as fungi, other microbes and insects, tend to develop resistance against the application of specific chemicals. MNA tend to cause specific substances and; the less specific they will be the more fatal to the marine biotopes. The difference with chemical pesticides is that the crop or applied microbe, is geneticly programmed to produce the pesticide, in common all the time at a limited level and remaining in its residues, ideal for the development of resistances among pests. The advantage is for the suppliers and the paid people of the suppliers, and is that it is a new patentable product while patents on ordinary chemicals have run out. == A worse problem with MNA such as PIPs, is that they include the substantial risk of integration in the genetics of the microbes in the guts of animals and people. As the MNA in jabs, the MNA in PIPs might spread and impair common health, globally. (att. {4}). == Another worse problem with MNA for pesticide purposes, is that they might cause toxification of the marine biotopes, and worse than ordinary chemicals, for ever and spreading by themselves. MNA might integrate in the marine biotopes and cause their toxification, for ever. Then it will be irreversable that the CO2-concentration will rise such high later in this century, that flora and in particular crops will not survive. Mankind will go cruelly extinct by starvation, in this century. Not fossile fuels but pesticides (until now chemical) cause the present steep large rise of the CO2 in the troposphere (att. {1} & {2}) The marine biotopes are important for the natural disposal of CO2, annually multiple as much as the emissions by mankind. However the global mass of marine biotopes has halved since 1970, by chemical pesticides. Enormous countermeasures are urgently needed, also political (att. {3}). Those are multiple more affordable than decarbonization and urgently needed. == Warnings are sabotaged by entities that want PIPs and other MNA. That sabotage will contribute to the cruel starvation of mankind in this century. Those entities are integrated in huge powers in the economy and finances and abuse their influence on and in authorities, to get warnings about their products quelled. In future they will not be punished seperately by a surviving mankind, because mankind will be exterminated by them, their children and grandchildren also. They must be blocked now by the authorities and if needed be punished now by the authorities, for the survival of the Global North and mankind.
