I am concerned about the regulation of disarmed Agrobacterium strains for research. These are important biotechnology tools and vital to research in all plants, including those used for food, fuel, feed, and fiber. Regulation should not be burdensome to academic labs collaborating by exchanging Agrobacterium strains.
