Ukrainians are a very hardworking nation. We work, pay taxes, create jobs, and therefore it is very important for us, like other immigrants, to have the opportunity to obtain a work permit on time.
Many of my friends have been waiting for a work permit for several months, and some of them are men - the sole breadwinners in their families. For now, they are using their savings, but they are gradually running out.
Considering how much of the tax Ukrainians, and immigrants in general pay, without work permits, America will not receive enough of these funds.
