PROPIN CONFIDENTAIL USCS-2009-0008 OMB 1615-0038 Title: Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence I am Requesting the Approval and for an Exemption for the Form to Petition, for this revision by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Regulatory Coordination Division, Office of Policy and Strategy, the Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, Directors of the Office of Management and Budget's approval, to allow for the Collection of Certified Birth Certificates, official Drivers License, Marriage Certificate, Voter Registration Card, and other documents, that are necessary for my Household Petition to Remove from current location based on the conditions of residence. Effective 07/28/2026 for immediate effect upon review. There are many repairs needed that include the replacement of upgraded and aged appliances, that are faulty and need inspection to verify code standards regulations are appropriate. The potential harmful effects of the exterior pesticide residue and mold can cause more issues with existing allergies and I am concerned for the interior exposure, as well. This is an ongoing issue that is causing for costly repairs and not resolving the main source of the problems. Please accept my Final Determination of Rule Making Policy under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, for the Enforcement of the Removal of Residence due to environmental impact analysis reports and for the collection of official documents for validation of U.S. Citizenship and Property Ownership, as well as Personal Proprietary Data, and the requirements of Service for Executive Agency, for the wellbeing and safeguarding in the interest of the Federal Government of the United States.
