Form AR-11, Alien Change of Address, does not need to be changed. The current form serves it's function well. The changes in the form will not increase it's effectiveness and will result in more mistakes. The proposed changes are not in line with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 goal of reducing the amount of paperwork.
