This proposed change is a very positive change. It would enable many americans to finally get back on their feet after our government has been racially abusing us for being white for too too long. The only change i would make is to disallow any immigrants both legal and illegal, from getting sba loans of any kind. No immigrants at all (even up to fpurth generation post migration) should be allowed to prevent immigrants from creating a situation where americans in the area cannot make money, ever again. We need to also get rid of legal migration in general.<br/><br/>This is a step in the right direction
