Thanks for keeping the standards up to date. It's clear that PHMSA is very good at keeping referenced standards updated, so perhaps it should consider sharing some of these best practices throughout the federal government to help other agencies keep their regulations' referenced standards up to date, in alignment with the National Technology Transfer and Advancement Act.
