PROPIN CONFIDENTIAL <br/>PHMSA-2009-0251<br/>Denbury Resources Inc. - Mainline Valve Spacing Analysis<br/>I am Requesting The General Counsel of the Commission to allow for the Certified Exemption Permit consideration, on my behalf and this written consent statement, to allow the in-person Participation for the Security Exchange Commission meeting scheduled for March 5, 2026 at 2:00pm, under the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, under the Docket 50-613-CP, RIN 1190-AA77, the Olmstead v. L.C. Zimring, CRT-1814721, due to no access to video conferencing based on blocked access to applications appropriate for any Consumer paying for technology services. I have been unsuccessful with all attempts to correct the issues, and the iPhone reverts back to the bricked access, as before.
