I recommend not approving this project. The recent Keystone disaster in Kansas is just the most recent example of how leaky and unsafe the petroleum pipes are designed and maintained. Anyway we need to Nationalize the fossil fuel industry and reduce to zero the extraction of fossil fuels. We should use all the assets of the petroleum industry and it's shareholders to transition to green energy, and probably induct them for crimes against humanity and the planet.
