Well Done. I agree with the implementation of a government wide NDA. I Mr. Johny Castelli strongly believe that if you are a member (employee) of our federal government and have access based on security clearance and other factors such as interim assignments they should not be allowed to disclose that information on any level outside of their assigned work stations. Its simply a good ethical business practice not to mention common sense (which has been lacking in some cases) to ensure that we the people continue to stay safe based on the work of the individuals which we help get elected. NDA are like a prenuptial agreement or an at will status if not an NDA then why not propose an at well status for all government issued employees then perhaps they would think prior to speaking because ... when their livelihood and white picket fence gets to be placed on the chopping block then perhaps ... all of a sudden they may then begin to remember why they chose that position and why they agreed to that assignment and how important it is not to leak information on purpose merely due to the fact that they are disgruntled at the current situation which is more than likely a temporary one. The issue is that you will now receive some employees who will refuse to sign that NDA whom feel that it is some sort someway somehow a violation of their personal rights so what you guys used to think of whether or not you'll give them an ultimatum or where you're thinking about reassigning those employees because of their disgruntled and are purposely leaking information or are careless with your device and are not taking the steps or the measures that they need to with your device because typically with a company issued device we don't sit there and implement biometric or the additional safety features so are now requiring the technology detect the companies in Silicon Valley for instance to sit there and upgrade their initial security systems for those governments issued phones based off of contracts or are you now going to sit there and somehow someway try to retrain these employees because it's one thing to sit there and leak it is another thing to sit there and be cyberattacked which we have acknowledged based off of the most current reporting is an issue yet where are we with ensuring that we take down in the main source of those attacks because in my case which I have provided the feedback to the FBI for instance my information was leaked and I not only received death threats but my name and livelihood slandered ... and scarlet lettered both on the street and in private homes over modern day devices ... Union City New Jersey amongst others yet we have not addressed that with the victim directly not to mention the email that I sent to elections for the Senate this past election. Thanks
