This proposal is all 100% wrong. I am against 100% of all of it.
13. This proposal is a violation of the 6th amendment of the Constitution. The reason is that non-disclosure of information prevents the proper picking of a member a jury.
14. This proposal is a violation of the 7th amendment of the Constitution. The reason is that non-disclosure of information prevents the proper picking of a member a jury.
15. This proposal is a violation of the 8th amendment of the Constitution. The reason is the non-disclosure of information prevents food and drugs from properly being mixed. The resulting bad mixture is poison and kills people. Therefore, this is cruel and unusual punishment.
16. This proposal is violation of the 9th amendment of the constitution. The reason is that non-disclosure distorts people's knowledge of crimes. Therefore, peoples knowledge of their own rights, modified by crimes, is distorted.
17. This proposal is a violation of the 10th amendment of the Constitution. The reason is that the power of disclosure is not delegated to the federal government, therefore the power of disclosure is delegated to the States. The States have the right to extract disclosure from the Federal Government. The Federal government has given up that right. The Federal Government can not refuse to give up that previously non-disclosed information.
18. This proposal is a violation of the 13th amendment of the Constitution. The reason is that non-disclosure is slavery. The reason is that non-disclosure is involuntary servitude because people are not allowed to ask for a better life, because the reasons for a better life are restricted by a non-disclosure agreement.
19. This proposal is a violation of the 14th amendment of the Constitution, because equal protection under the law does not occur. Some actions are allowed in non-disclosure. Other actions are disallowed in non-disclosure.
20. This disclosure is a violation of the 15th amendment of the Constitution, because non-disclosure of information, prevents a person of specific race from getting directions to the polling place.
