I oppose the administration’s effort to restrict the rights of federal employees that are protected by the First Amendment. Existing laws and regulations already protect our nation's secrets. Civil servants are dedicated and diligent, and there is neither need nor justification for any federal employees, whether new or existing, to be required to sign a blanket NDA.
