I am a concerned citizen and I oppose this proposed rule. Removing the requirement for research to be peer reviewed will set us back significantly. Research advancements in this country will not be trusted and the rule opens the door for dangerous and false narratives to enter the mainstream. Nothing about this rule advances ethical and innovative research. In fact, it will suppress it. That does not benefit anyone in America.
