The Office of Management and Budget ,Hello,I am a graduate student at Yale University, writing to share my concern to the OMB about how 200.205 may restrict the peer-review process in the evaluation of scientific grants. I have been very grateful for the support the NIH has been able to offer students like myself to pursue a career in science, and I have learned how important feedback from peers with expertise in similar areas of research to our own can be for the future success of our projects. I urge OMB to withdraw this proposed rule.JaspreetConnecticut
