The Office of Management and Budget ,Hello, my name is Natalia Bertolotti and I am a graduate worker at Yale University working on a chemical biology PhD with funding from the federal government. These changes would be disastrous for not only me, but all of my colleagues work as well. I plan to become a post doc in the academic field and these proposed changes would negatively affect my future. Please do not pass these horrendous rules that are rooted in prejudice and ignorance.
