I do not support the proposed "Regulation for Federal Financial Assistance" I am firmly opposed to filtering approval for research grants through politicians who do not have the necessary expertise to decide which research is or is not worth funding. More red tape and opportunity for politically motivated agendas would be a threat to public health.
