Regarding the proposed elimination of the annual transfer reports for consumer products containing small quantities of radioactive material, does eliminating the annual reporting requirement mean that organizations would no longer be expected to maintain these transfer records, or would they still be required (or encouraged) to retain the information in case questions arise in the future?
