Summary: An individual commenter supports the restriction of private vehicles in Denali National Park to preserve its wilderness character. They argue that the current bus system is effective and that removing private cars would reduce infrastructure needs, litter, and human waste.
Personal/private vehicles should have no place within the Denali National Park. The wilderness character of this park is a unique and rare experience in today's world and truly benefits from the lack of private passenger vehicles traveling on the park road. Additional private vehicles would mean the need for additional infrastructure along the road, increased littering, and dealing with increased human waste in high traffic areas. The bus system has been in place for a while and works. It let's anyone experience the park and yet still allows for those of us who seek to venture further into the park and have a true wilderness experience
