Please find attached the joint comments of the Southern Environmental Law Center (SELC) and the James River Association (JRA) on the proposed renewal of Incidental Take Permit (ITP) No. 21516-02, originally issued to Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) on 10 December 2020 authorizing the take of the Chesapeake Bay Distinct Population Segment (DPS) of Atlantic Sturgeon incidental to operations at Dominion’s Chesterfield Power Station.
