We strongly encourage the National Marine Fisheries Service and NOAA to maintain the Endangered Status for Rice’s whales as part of the 5-year review under the Endangered Species Act. Ensuring they remain in this category is crucial until their populations have fully rebounded to levels prior to human-induced declines.
