Generally I like it when I can go "paperless". I would ask that the Trip Ticket field not be a required field in order to process the form. Reason being that rarely, but it does happen, I am unable to get a trip ticket number when I drop off my catch. With a paper based report I submit it anyway. If an online form requires it then in these circumstances I will not be able to submit a report.
