I recommend we prohibit commercial fishing, for the following but not limitesd to reasons: 1.Over fishing has decimated fish populations, endangering ecosystems 2. Alternatives to commercial fishing exist such as lab grown cultured proetein, safe and secure fish farming Subsstence fishing should be the only fishing permitted
