I am opposed to Increase in Threshold for Requiring Information Reporting With Respect to Certain Payees; Extension and Modification of Limitation on Wagering Losses because it will lead to fraud and abuse. This proposed rule does not address what will be done to prevent this. It also does not explain any increased risk of fraud or abuse as a result.
