On behalf of Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), thank you for the opportunity to submit comments regarding the implementation of the individual tax credit, created by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act for qualified contributions to SGOs. To best meet the needs of families and students, we strongly encourage the Dept. of Treasury and IRS to pursue regulations that empower parent choice by allowing them to utilize scholarships for a wide variety of services including out-of-school time programming.
