I do not support the proposed change to increase the fee for Form I-246 from $155 to $755. This is nearly a 400% increase, which is horribly unfair. Accessing the immigration system is already very difficult and increasingly expensive for average families. This change is completely unnecessary and will remove important access to the legal system from immigrants. I support keeping the fee at its current amount of $155 or decreasing the fee, but not increasing it by any amount.
