As a Southwest Florida Realtor, I welcome any change in making manufactured home more affordable. But what about the thousands that are already built?
Its very expensive to get insurance and if its older than 1995 there is only 1 company. Which holds a monopoly and charges over 4 to 5k a year.
Please help us with this problem. Many retired Veterans move here and buy manufactured homes.
